64 Parishes magazine and Prize Foundation have teamed up to toast the release of the latest issue of 64 Parishes and celebrate Gregory Kallenberg, founder and executive director of the Louisiana Startup, Film, Food, and Music Prizes, and winner of the 2019 Champion of Culture Award from the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities (LEH). Published quarterly by the LEH, 64 Parishes magazine features stories and articles that are all about Louisiana history and culture. The spring issue, out March 1, will feature a special interview with Kallenberg.
Join us March 13 at artspace in downtown Shreveport for an evening of refreshments, mingling, speechifying, and giveaways.
Critical MASS 7, the Shreveport Regional Arts Council’s annual art competition and exhibition, will also be on display at Artspace, making this the perfect night to get out and appreciate art while also toasting one of the region’s biggest supporters of the arts.
Complimentary bites, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be provided by Parish Taceaux. A cash bar will also be available. This event is free and open to the public.
