Marie Louise Snelling
Marie Louise Snellings was among the first women to receive a law degree from Tulane University. She practiced law in Monroe and served on the Tulane University Board of Supervisors, the Ouachita Parish School Board, and the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
