Declaration of Antoine Sarrasin, May 11, 1795
A portion of the declaration of Antoine Sarrasin collected by Spanish authorities following the 1795 Point Coupee Slave Conspiracy. According to the Spanish colonial interrogation records, Sarrasin was the main leader of the conspiracy.
