Dona Maria Theresa Piconelle
Antonio Meucci's style followed the conventions of early nineteenth-century miniature painting, characterized by a dot-and-stipple technique, plain background, and emphatic modeling. This miniature, painted in 1818, is titled "Dona Maria Theresa Piconelle."
