Edwin Edwards and Dutch Morial
After his two terms as mayor of New Orleans ended, Ernest "Dutch" Morial served on the Democratic National Committee in the 1980s. In this photograph Morial shares the podium with Louisiana governor Edwin Edwards, a fellow Democrat.
