Kirk Joseph on Sousaphone
Kirk Joseph began playing the sousaphone during middle school. A founding member of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Joseph has played with the Tremé Brass Band and the Forgotten Souls Brass Band. His "sousa-funk" combo, Tuba Tuba, consisting of multiple sousaphone players, has played at several New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festivals since 2011.
