Petition of Felipe to Obtain Freedom, 1793
A portion of a petition from the Spanish Judiciary made by Felipe, and enslaved mulatto, to obtain freedom from their enslaver Francisco Luis Hector. The petition names Josef Coupley as Felipe's appraiser.
