Portrait of a Gentleman

Jean Joseph Vaudechamp painted this half-length portrait of an unidentified gentleman in 1832. Signed and dated in the lower right: "Vaudechamp 1832", the artist portrays this gentleman in a dark coat with white cravat and no discernible background.
