Ceasar
"Ceasar" is a 1994 painting by New Orleans artist Shirley Masinter, who studied art at the Rabouin School of Commercial Art and Advertising in the early 1950s. In 1951 and 1952 Masinter expanded her studies with famed artist John McCrady.
