Teddy Roosevelt's Louisiana Bear Hunt
Teddy Roosevelt's hunt for black bear in 1907 was hosted by John M. Parker and Tabasco hot sauce businessman John Avery McIlhenny. Parker would become Roosevelt's vice-presidential running mate in 1912.
